Cylinder Fill Station features and elements
The AMI Oxygen Cylinder Fill Station incorporates a variety of different elements, with custom design options available upon request. For starters, our team includes a sturdy frame that safely contain oxygen cylinders, as well as a PLC with touchscreen HMI to control and monitor the fill cycle.
Cylinder Evacuation & FILLING
Another feature is the ability to control and program the cylinder evacuation rate using an electronic vacuum controller. An electronic pressure controller is also used to control the cylinder fill rate and pressurization.
Monitors and Displays
Our Product Engineering team can also develop control systems that automatically monitors and displays inlet and cylinder pressures, with an optional bar code reader used to scan the cylinder part number. A dew point sensor can also be provided for the oxygen entering the cylinders, and temperature probes can monitor the cylinder temperature while filling.
Finally, manual shut-off valves and hoses are provided to fill multiple cylinders at the same time, while a rupture disk is used to prevent excessive cylinder pressurization.
