AUTOMATIC AEROSPACE OXYGEN MASK TESTING

CREW MASK TEST SYSTEM

The AMI Crew Mask Test System is designed to automate the testing of airline crew oxygen masks and regulators. This computer-controlled test instrument eliminates manual adjustments of regulators and flow controls by automatically adjusting and monitoring various controls and sensors. Dilution and oxygen concentration adjustments can be made in the chamber at altitude. This automatic design saves time and money in testing of regulators and crew masks. This technology is currently in use with manufacturers, airlines and FAA repair centers. New capabilities and enhancements are routinely added to the design. All test data is saved electronically.

PASSENGER MASK TEST SYSTEM

The AMI Passenger Mask Test System automates the testing of passenger masks. It is a table top unit running Windows software that lets the operator set key pass/fail limits. With a passenger mask tester you can provide added service to your customer so they do not have to discard existing passenger masks. A breathing simulator for passenger masks is also available.

REGULATOR EXERCISER

AMI's Regulator Exerciser will exercise the regulator according to CMM requirements. Once the proper settings are made, the exerciser will run unattended. The Regulator Exerciser can be used with the Crew Mask Test System to offload the exercising of the regulator so more masks can be tested. This low cost tool will make your repair shop more efficient.

PULSE OXYGEN TEST SYSTEMS

Pulse oxygen is being used on new aircraft such as the Boeing 787. The pulse oxygen products cannot be tested with the older continuous flow testers. So, start your pulse oxygen testing services with new, efficient equipment. One system is designed for testing PCB's, the other system is designed for testing the complete module.
